Mission

The mission of the new association is to bring together faculty and other members of the university community with a shared vision of inclusiveness whose commitment is to increase and support faculty, student and staff diversity* at all ranks through recruitment, retention, and advancement and, through these effort, work to sustain the continued development of a positive climate for our academic community as a whole.
